Romney doesn’t want to cut jobs but he wants to take students from lower ranking schools and take them to higher ranking schools but what about all of the teachers who are finding it hard enough to get a job that teach at lower ranking schools. If you take their students, you take their jobs. Instead of moving the kids, improve the schools.
